We are proud of our comprehensive training program that keeps our staff up to date with the best techniques in caregiving. While the state licensing agency requires a certain number of training hours on specific topics, Just Like Family is committed to exceeding these requirements. We’ve developed our own training program consisting of classroom sessions and hands-on practical training to ensure consistent quality in our staff training. Just Like Family has a full-time employee dedicated to training and quality control, and we utilize the skills and availability of other health professionals and professional trainers to supplement our program with the latest caregiving techniques and methods.
